I contacted our representative at Americana Tire about the valve stem on the Kenda Tires and Wheel, part # AM31208. The representative informed me that there is a regular valve stem on the Kenda Tire and Wheel # AM31208.
She informed me that they have not had any customers have issues with the valve stems. The valve stem installed is sufficient to hold the air pressure of 65 PSI, which is the maximum PSI for the tire.

The Tire and Wheel Combo, part # AM30000, is received from the supplier already with the tire mounted on the wheel. The supplier does not balance the combination, but when the tire is installed to the wheel they will line the high (heavy) spot on the tire with the low (light) spot on the wheel. This does not completely balance the tire and wheel combination but it does eliminate any excessive out of balance condition.
